Polish speech therapists take advantage of numerous valuable methods which stimulate the therapy process directly or indirectly and allow for the diagnosis of the skills and abilities relevant for language communication. Some of the methods have been developed for the purposes of speech therapy, others have been adopted in view of the needs of logopaedics, and still others offer tools which can be used in the treatment of speech, language or hearing disorders. Particular techniques are described in publications while others are disseminated during training courses or meetings or simply are made available on the Internet.
